1 can mackerel in brine- 1 cup wholegrain breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- Half a teaspoon brewer’s yeast (optional)
Mash up the fish in a bowl and add in the other ingredients. Mix together well and then, using wet hands, press into small balls and place onto a well-greased baking tray.
Cook in a moderate oven for 10 minutes. Store in an airtight container, and feed as sparingly as you can!
