After graduating from Bristol University in 1996, much of Joe's professional and personal life has been under the glare of publicity – from rolling down a hill in Devon on his grassboard, to a very public marriage and divorce on ‘Vets in Practice'. Over the years, Joe's media career has blossomed, including the opportunity to accumulate several hundred Blue Peter badges during his stint as the BP vet, and regular appearances on programs such as 'This Morning' and 'The Wright Stuff'.
And, not content with being a vet and appearing on TV, Joe has also managed to write several books, including 'The Greatest Dog Tips in the World' and 'The Greatest Cat Tips in the World' (available from http://www.thegreatestintheworld.com/), and his two recipe books for pets, 'Feline Feasts' and 'Canine Cuisine', which are available now through our on-line shop.
Joe lives in the lovely Cotswold village of Bibury with his wife Jenny, daughter Poppy, and, of course, Jack the dog and Jill the cat.
