Dispatch & Delivery Times

Our standard delivery terms are 48 hours for UK mainland addresses. We also offer a premium 24 hours service to UK mainland addresses for an additional charge of £5.95. 24 hour priority orders must be received before 12 noon otherwise these orders will not be guaranteed to be delivered the next day.

All of our products are shipped by Parcelforce, who offer a great service – and you can even leave special delivery instructions by filling out the comments section on your order form. We don’t make any charge for delivery if you order more than £40 worth of goods, but unfortunately do have to make a charge of £4.95 per order that is less that £40, just to make all our sums add up!

For delivery addresses outside of 'UK Mainland' there are additional charges as follows:

Highlands and Islands of Scotland (IV1 -3, V4 - 36 & 40, V52 - 54, KA27, PH44, PA78, PA61, KA28, PH42, PA60, PH43, IV41 - 49 & 51, IV55 - 56, KW1 - 3, KW5 - 14, KW15 - 17, PA20 - 49, PA62 - 77, PH17 - 26, PH30 - 41, PH49 - 50, ZE1 - 3, HS1, HS2 - 9) £7 additional charge and a 48 hour service.

Isle of Man (IM) (IM1 - 9 & 99), Isles of Scilly (TR21 - 25), Northern Island (BT21 - 26, BT29 - 35, BT38 - 46, BT49 - 61, BT66 - 73, BT75 - 91, BT47 - 48, BT62 - 65, BT74 & 92 - 94) £10 additional charge and usual service excpet Isles of Scilly (48 hours)

Returns Policy

Here at Pets' Kitchen we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, and if any item of your order is damaged or not the item ordered we will replace the item, providing the product is returned to us within 7 days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you’d like to exchange a product, because upon receiving your order you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, please return your order in its original condition along with a note explaining the reason for return and your request for the new product you would like exchanged. It is that simple!

Your card will be charged/refunded any difference in cost.

Please ensure that the item is returned back to us in an unused condition unless faulty or damaged within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you.For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Any refunds will be made within 30 days from notification to us and in accordance to our terms and conditions.

And finally, if upon receiving your order, you are dissatisfied for any reason whatsoever, and would like to return it and cancel your order, please send the product back in their original condition and we will reimburse you for the full value of your order. Please ensure that the item is returned back to us within 7 days of the date the item is delivered to you.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing, banking charges and the administration and labour incurred).

Should any item be returned back to us in a condition which we deem has been used we will be unable to accept your request to cancel unless the item arrives damaged or it is proved to be faulty by our returns department.

To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return along with your order number, wrap the package securely and send the package to us at:

You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
